Pet Curbside Services

In addition to the traditional “in-clinic” appointments, we also offer curbside service. If you prefer to remain in your vehicle during an appointment or would like us to bring your food order or prescriptions to your vehicle, we are happy to accommodate!

• When you make an appointment, please let the front office staff know you are interested in curbside service and would like to wait in your car for the duration of the appointment. The receptionist will take a summary of the symptoms / concerns you have with your pet.
• When you arrive at the clinic for your appointment, please call the reception desk to let them know you’ve arrived.
• A member of the healthcare team will come to your vehicle to get your pet. Please have dogs on leashes & cats in closed carriers.
• Depending on the type of appointment scheduled, a doctor or technician will perform the scheduled service or test.
• A doctor or technician may call you from inside the clinic or visit you at your vehicle to discuss any findings, treatment or recommendations.
• Your pet will be returned to you and payment will be collected over the phone or at the car.

If you would like to pick-up prescriptions or food,simply give us a call when you have arrived in the parking lot and we can take your payment over the phone and bring your food and / or medication out to you.
